WBC CDC's Laurence Campbell named as one of "Baltimore's Top Neighborhood Dads"
Baltimore's Top Neighborhood Dads |
Last week, Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake hosted the annual "Baltimore’s Top Neighborhood Dads" luncheon at the Vollmer Center at the Cylburn Arboretum. In its sixth year, the Top Neighborhood Dads contest honors strong and dedicated Baltimore men for their efforts to make their neighborhood and community better, safer, and stronger. This year, nearly 50 men were nominated by their neighborhood associations for their efforts.
"It is an honor to host an annual celebration to ensure your hard work does not go unnoticed," said Mayor Rawlings-Blake. "By doing what is right—mentoring young people, cleaning up after storms, helping older neighbors—you add to the quality of life in our growing city."
