Activist-Comedian Dick Gregory will be the guest speaker at the Rally held after the Campaign for Peace March at Frederick Douglass High School on April 4, 2008. The Rally, also featuring marching bands, choirs and local speakers, will begin at 2:00 PM. Free Admission.
